"ROZA'S MONEY "

The concept was too generate a true story with open end and to make a video on the generated story.

In these weeks I was invited by Suzanne Treister , curator living in Sidney to participate in a briefcase show in Australia. Australian Artist Simon Barney runs a gallery in his briefcase. Suzanne is curator, whome I met once briefly in Europe, they expected some small drawing or object to be sent by post.

Based in this invitation I transfered all my money, my saving to the unknown artist Simon Barney, whome I never met and with whome I have never been in contact. The bank transfer was the media of the work, and the money in cash the art-object to be placed in the briefcase. The curator Suzanne Treister announces in Sidney's newpapers and on the net, that Simon Barney carries all my savings in cash in his briefcase.

He had to take Roza's money during two weeks everywhere: to his home, to his working place which was a bar of German cabaret singers, where the money was exhibited and to the streets.

After two weeks he reported me wether he could take care of my money, or wether he lost it, and if so why and how.
If he managed to take care of my savings, he transferes it back.
